DrayageUS publishes typical market ranges for US container drayage and passes quote requests to licensed US drayage providers, who reply with firm quotes.

The ranges on the site are typical market ranges, shown per container, one way, fuel included, with accessorial charges extra. Distances are approximate. Ranges are general market information and not an offer, quote or guarantee of price or availability. Actual prices depend on your shipment and on market conditions at the time.
3. Firm quotesLink to the section “3. Firm quotes”
When you send a quote request, a licensed US provider may send you a firm quote by email. A firm quote is binding only when the provider sends it to you in writing, and it is valid for 7 days unless the quote says otherwise. The quote identifies the provider. We aim to have a firm quote sent within 24 hours of your request, but we don't guarantee that a provider will quote every request.
4. Your contract is with the providerLink to the section “4. Your contract is with the provider”
If you accept a firm quote, your contract for the move is with the provider, under the provider's own terms. The provider is responsible for the booking, the move, invoicing, and any cargo loss, damage or delay. Claims and service issues must be raised with the provider under its terms. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any provider.

You agree that the information you send is accurate and that you're entitled to share it. To prepare your quote, we share your request with a licensed US provider, as explained in our Privacy policy and the consent box on the quote form.
6. Acceptable useLink to the section “6. Acceptable use”
You agree not to:
- send false, misleading or unlawful information;
- copy, scrape or systematically collect the site's ranges or content for commercial use without our written permission;
- interfere with the site's security or operation, or attempt to access it by automated means other than normal search engine indexing;
- use the site to send spam or to harass anyone.
We may refuse or limit access to anyone who breaks these terms.
7. Site contentLink to the section “7. Site content”
The site's text, design, data compilations and software belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes. Linked third-party sites (for example port and terminal websites cited as sources) are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their content.

We provide the site "as is". We work to keep information accurate and up to date, but we don't warrant that ranges, port facts or guides are complete, current or error-free, or that the site will always be available.
9. Limitation of liabilityLink to the section “9. Limitation of liability”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data, arising from your use of the site or from any provider's services. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site is limited to INR 10,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing lawLink to the section “11. Governing law”
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the site or these terms.
